RETURNS

Please do not mail or ship returns to our physical address without contacting us first.

All ceramic sales are final except as provided in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or there is another problem with your order, please email us first at orders@ceramicson23rd.com.

If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions before anything is shipped back to us.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your ceramic piece arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@ceramicson23rd.com and keep the ceramic piece, shipping box, and all original packing materials.

We will provide instructions regarding the photographs and information we need to document the damage and handle the carrier claim.

RESPONSE TIMES

Ceramics on 23rd is a small ceramics operation, and we're often pouring, cleaning, firing, packing, shipping—or hunting through a whole lot of molds.
